Purchase Sale Agreement is signed by buyer and seller.

(Deposit Receipt)

Title company provides preliminary report

to Escrow holder.

Buyer and Seller review Preliminary Report.

After signing by Buyer and Seller, Escrow Amendments are returned to escrow.

Seller presents order demands for review.

Request Statement of Identity on Buyers & Sellers and clear Title General Index Matters.

Receive Beneficiary Statement. Review terms of transfer and notify Seller.

Submit bills from termite company, rooters, appliance inspection

company and home warranty company  to the Escrow.

Buyer's loan application is reviewed by lender and forwarded to Escrow.

All documents are reviewed for proper execution, notarization

and availability of good funds (for Buyer and Seller).

Loan funds received from the

Submit documents to the Title Company.

Loan Company and deposited.

Record Deed, prepare statements and distribute funds.
